Ideation and copy for Flora & Fauna IPA
Our county of Clare is lucky to be home to The Burren, a unique karst landscape that plays host to a wide diversity of flora and fauna and fragrant summer walks. And speaking of diversity; we’ve packed in the largest number of hops ever into this Double IPA. Designed to let the hops shine through we’ve built a complex and layered flavour profile.
The result is an intense fruit scent with pine, citrus and, in brewing parlance, a wonderful dank aroma. We’ve used eight hops in the kettle (Colombus, Simcoe, El Dorado, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook) and then we double dry-hop it heavily with Nelson Sauvin and Strata.
