French Chicken Salad
Here’s something to make your guests go “Ooh La La!”
Take some cooked, chilled, chopped chicken cubes (now, there’s a mouthful) and simply mix with Heinz Mayonnaise and a small teaspoon of Dijon mayonnaise to add that French kick. Then add cracked pepper, chopped chives and some toasted almonds (do make sure to cool down your almonds first if you toast them yourself). Add fresh parsley for garnish and don’t forget; if there are any leftovers this makes a great sandwich filler too. A simple recipe that doesn’t take an Eiffel lot of time! (sorry...)
Another great Summer Side from Heinz.

Tuscan Potato Salad
Go rustic Italian with this great version of a classic potato salad.
Like all Italian cooking this is simple ingredients put together in an
astonishing way. Simply roast some potatoes (as you would with
your Sunday dinner) and leave the skins on to add some crispiness.
Fry some pancetta cubes and leave to chill overnight (in a separate
bowl to the potato).
Next day, for your big BBQ, chop some fresh oregano, scallions and
Heinz Mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste and then serve
your Tuscan treat to your friends and your little bambinos!

Classic Egg Salad
OK, so you might have been making egg salad wrong all this time!
Here’s our take on it. Hard-boil and cool down some eggs. Then chop up and start the big mix. Take Heinz Mayonnaise OR Heinz Salad Cream (either work here) and mix in with black pepper, a small hint of English mustard (taste as you go!), paprika and chopped chives. Garnish with a whole lot of rocket and serve with your favourite BBQ dish.
Don’t forget, you can use up any leftovers for some great sandwiches.
