This beer uses a rare hop from New Zealand. And so the story was told about the tiny island just off the kiwi coast called Moto Ihupuku. If one started digging there they would end up at the antipodean point of the earth - a little county in Ireland where this very beer is brewed. You could say they went to the ends of the earth to get this summer beer just right.

If we started digging downwards from our brewery we’d more or less end up breaching the surface of Motu Ihupuku, an island off the south of New Zealand on the opposite side of the world.
It shows just how much digging around we’ve done to find Nectaron; a brand new hop to the market. It’s the most talked about hop out of New Zealand since Nelson Sauvin.
So, we double dry hopped with Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin and created something special that oozes ripe, tropical fruit flavours. You could say we went to the ends of the earth to get it just right.
